Real Estate Photography in Malta and Gozo
Real estate photography that helps your listing sell.
Architectural and interior photography for agencies and owners across Malta and Gozo, shot to the standard the Quality Gate expects.

Photography that understands the property business
Professional real estate, interior and architectural imagery for homes across Malta and Gozo, backed by over 15 years of photographing properties at their best. Every shoot is built on a command of light, composition and the fine details that make a property stand out, and on a genuine understanding of what makes buyers and tenants stop and look.
Photographs are the first viewing a property gets. They decide whether a buyer books the second one, and on a crowded portal they decide whether anyone stops at all. So each shoot is planned around the property: the rooms that sell it, the time of day the light is kindest, and the details a floor plan cannot show.

Before the shoot
Questions worth asking first
- Is the home ready: surfaces clear, every bulb working, blinds and shutters open?
- Does the listing need a floor plan or video as well as photographs?
- Where will the photographs be used: the portals, social media, print?
How an enquiry works
Tell us what you need
A few lines about the property and the work is enough to start.
It comes to our team
The Abode Boutique team reads it and passes it to the right service provider for the work.
You deal with them directly
The service provider contacts you to talk through the work, the timing and the price.

One point of contact
Rather hand over the whole job?
Some owners would rather have it managed than arrange each part themselves. We coordinate the interior design, keep an eye on a turnkey fit-out, look after the property once it is ready, and bring in the right people for anything else it needs.
One point of contact instead of several.

Interior photography
Every room composed and lit to read true to its size, with verticals kept straight and colours kept honest.
Exteriors and views
Facades, terraces, pools and the view from the balcony, which in Malta is often what a buyer is paying for.
Architectural photography
New developments and commercial buildings, photographed for brochures, hoardings and launch material.
Editing and retouching
Exposure, colour and perspective corrected by hand, and small distractions such as creased bedding retouched away.
Who it is for

Getting a property ready to be photographed
An hour of preparation shows in every frame. Work through the list the day before.
If it needs more than a tidy, book a clean before the shoot.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Malta?
An apartment shoot starts from €150 for one bedroom and runs to €320 for four, and large villas and farmhouses start from €700. All prices exclude VAT, and the final quote reflects the property's size, features and the editing it needs.
Do you photograph properties in Gozo?
Yes. Gozo carries an additional fee of €100 per property, and a single fee applies when several Gozo bookings are combined.
Is professional photography worth it for a property to let?
A let competes on the same portals as a sale, and the first photograph decides whether a tenant opens the listing at all. A good set also keeps its value: the same photographs serve the next tenancy, or a sale later.
How should I prepare my home for a property photoshoot?
Clear surfaces, put personal items away, open the blinds and switch on every light, make the beds and hide bins, cables and cleaning products. Tidy terraces and roofs too: in Malta they often make the best photograph in the set.
Who takes the photographs?
A specialist property photographer with over 15 years of experience, delivering the service through Abode Boutique. Your enquiry comes to us, and the shoot is arranged with you directly.
What affects the final price of a shoot?
The size of the property and the number of spaces, outdoor areas such as pools and large grounds, the light and location, and how much editing the images need. A shoot outside scheduled hours may also cost more.
