DISCLAIMER

Abode Boutique makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition or functionality of this website, its suitability for use, or that this web service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

By using this website, you assume all risks associated with the use thereof, including any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file that might be transmitted or activated via our website or your access to it. Abode Boutique shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits) resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in our website.

Reference herein to any specific commercial product, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement or recommendation.

Abode Boutique shall not be responsible for any promotions, offers, or discounts being offered or displayed from our partnered businesses. Furthermore, we are not liable to ensure that offers from Abode Boutique being promoted for such businesses are to be claimed or paid by Us. Any promotional arrangements between Abode Boutique and partnered businesses are subject to separate agreements, and users should verify any offers directly with the business offering them.

Tools, Forms, Calculators and Estimators

Our website may make available forms, calculators, estimators, comparison tools, data displays, and similar interactive or informational features, whether currently offered or introduced at any time in the future (collectively, "Tools"). All Tools are provided as general informational aids only.

Any result, figure, estimate, projection, score, or output produced by a Tool is indicative only. It is generated from simplified assumptions, from data supplied by third parties, and from the information you enter, and it does not take account of your individual circumstances. No output of any Tool constitutes an offer, quote, valuation, appraisal, guarantee, or solicitation, nor may it be relied upon as such.

Where a Tool displays statistics, market data, indicative returns, cost estimates, rental figures, area or lifestyle information, or similar material, that material is drawn from third-party and publicly available sources. Abode Boutique does not verify, audit, or independently confirm such material. It may be incomplete, superseded, or out of date, and it reflects the position at the date the underlying source was last updated.

Nothing produced or displayed by a Tool amounts to financial, investment, credit, legal, tax, valuation, architectural, or other professional advice, and nothing on our website should be treated as a personal recommendation. Abode Boutique is not a lender, credit institution, credit intermediary, financial adviser, or investment adviser, and does not carry on any licensed financial activity.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep our Tools and their underlying data accurate and current, Abode Boutique accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or decision arising from the use of, or reliance on, any Tool or its output. Results may vary as a consequence of changes in rates, prices, policy, or legislation, changes in third-party source data, errors in the information entered by the user, or technical fault. You are responsible for verifying any figure that matters to you, and we strongly encourage all users to obtain independent advice from a suitably qualified professional before acting on any output.

Home loan and mortgage affordability calculator

In addition to the above, the following applies to our home loan and mortgage affordability calculator. Abode Boutique does not provide home loans and is not affiliated with, nor acting for, any bank or financial institution. Figures displayed are estimates only and may not reflect the offers, terms, or conditions available from any individual lender. Actual eligibility, loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms depend on the applicant’s creditworthiness, income, property valuation, and the lender’s internal policies. Any formal loan application must undergo a full credit analysis by the respective bank, in accordance with Maltese financial regulations and the bank’s lending criteria. We strongly encourage all users to seek advice from qualified home loan advisors or banking institutions to obtain tailored information on specific loan products and eligibility.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Maltese law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.
