These Terms and Conditions govern your use of any of our Promotions ("Promotions”) operated by Abode Boutique ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these terms and conditions of any promotions carefully before using our Service. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use which are also found on our Website. By accessing any areas of the Website and/or using any of our Promotions, you agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

This Policy applies to all Business Users (as defined in our Terms of Use) who subscribe to the Service.

FEATURED LISTINGS

Users can pay an extra fee to have some of their properties placed on the featured section of our homepage and search results. Should there be a high number of users paying for this promotion and there is a limited amount of space, the featured listing displayed will be the one most relevant to the user's search.

PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES

We may offer packages to promote your properties on our social media channels. The user may pay an extra fee and we will post your listings with photos and a summarised description of the property onto our social media accounts. We will sometimes tag the user's social accounts if allowed to do so. Additionally, we reserve the right to use any listing content for our own marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, videos, and other content, at no cost.

DISCOUNTED SUBSCRIPTION RATES

• Free Trial Periods
  • How It Works: Users sign up for a subscription and are not charged for the first 7 days or month (depending on the package chosen). Billing begins automatically after the trial ends.
• Percentage Off: We might offer a certain percentage off the first subscription period (e.g. 20% off the first three months or the first year).
  • How It Works: The discount is automatically applied during checkout, reducing the initial subscription cost.

Free trials are subject to the Free Trial Terms in our Cancellation Policy.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may partner with Service Providers to bring discounted rates and/or promotions to our users. Any such promotions are offered at the discretion of the Service Provider and are subject to the Service Provider Requirements in our Terms of Use and the individual terms of the Service Provider offering the promotion. We are not liable for the fulfilment, quality, or availability of any promotion offered by a Service Provider.
