Paola - 6 Bedroom Townhouse + Airspace

Situated in a prominent street but tucked away from central activities, this imposing 1800 century old townhouse. Property consists of a wide hall leading to a staircase going to basement level and another to the first floor. At basement level one finds a very large cellar leading also to next door Properties (included in the price, which also are for sale by the vendors) On first floor there are 5 very large rooms with 2 bathrooms, balcony and terrace overlooking the other properties. Owners would like to sell this property together with the adjacent 2 but also would consider selling them separately if this property is sold first. Freehold with own roof and airspace. Highly recommended!
