Cospicua - Unconverted 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette (UCA)

Up to €15,000 for a property in Malta, or up to €40,000 for a property in Gozo where the deed of acquisition is signed on or after 1 January 2025. Gozo properties with a deed signed before that date, where the grant has not yet been paid, receive €30,000 instead, assessed against that earlier deed date. Where the property is bought jointly, the final grant is calculated pro rata to each buyer's share.

Reimbursement of 18% and/or 10% (the scheme text does not specify which rate applies in which circumstance) of eligible restoration and finishing costs, up to an aggregate maximum of €54,000 per property. Applicants may apply on multiple properties, each capped separately at €54,000, but only once per property, for expenditure incurred between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2026.
