The case

Why investors buy in Luqa

Luqa sits immediately beside Malta International Airport, a small, dense town with a village core and housing built out around it. Its position makes it one of the more convenient addresses in the south.

The market is domestic and affordable. Buyers are local families and the tenants are largely the same, with additional demand from people working at the airport and the businesses around it.

Aircraft noise is the obvious question and it varies sharply by street and by runway approach, so it is worth checking in person at the property rather than assuming. Prices already reflect it where it matters.
